The Website is published by Sorian Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 40 697 614 930) ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Sorian Cranes. By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these terms. The Website provides general information about our crane design and supply offerings. Information is published in good faith but is subject to change without notice.
Specifications, capacities, reaches, slew arcs, duty classes, lead times and indicative costs published on the Website are indicative only. Binding commercial terms exist only in a written quotation issued by us and accepted by you in writing.
3. Standards compliance statements
References to Australian Standards — including AS 1418, AS 5229.1, AS 3990, AS/NZS 1554 and AS 2550 — describe the standards to which we design and supply. Compliance for any specific crane is determined by the engineering records of that crane and is evidenced by our issued documentation (engineering reports, design certificates, fabrication records, load-test reports and handover documentation).

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to Sorian Holdings Pty Ltd.
